Bridge Partners was founded by Fatma Cayir. Having embarked on a traditional legal profession route into immigration, Fatma quickly became very successful amongst her native speaking Turkish clients. Our reputation grew – and our client base now joins us from countries all over the world.

Fatma has over 15 years of experience in UK immigration and founded Bridge Partners 11 years ago. She built a reputation as an all-rounded leader with broad experience in both private and corporate immigration. Her experience of working with several global citizenship firms gave her insight into the needs of a wide range of clients, from private, high-net worth individuals to small and medium sized corporate institutions. She has extensive experience in all points-based system applications and entrepreneur, investor, and sponsor licence matters. She is also the first point of contact for the firm’s multi-industry small to medium sized corporate clients on all matters relating their immigration policies. With her entrepreneurial and problem-solving skills, Fatma understands her client’s needs and is always focused on providing the best, tailor-made service, fitting to our client’s circumstances.
Fatma is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA) to keep abreast of regulatory and non-regulatory developments in UK immigration law. Fatma is also a regulated Immigration Adviser by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner. Fatma is bi-lingual, fluent in English and Turkish.

Sibel Cayir is a law graduate from Kingston University, UK. She joined Bridge Partners in 2019, having spent five years working in financial regulation at a reputable New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) listed asset management firm, dealing with corporate institutions and key stakeholders. Sibel has a professional qualification in global compliance. In her earlier career, Sibel worked with high-net-worth individuals providing family office solutions, fiduciary services, licensing and offshore tax planning.
As an immigrant herself, Sibel has a key interest in helping people and institutions with all their immigration matters and since 2019 has dedicated time to understanding the complex UK immigration legal framework. She has already successfully helped numerous private and corporate clients establish in the UK. Sibel is also responsible for managing all third-party relationships to ensure they are vetted, so our clients receive the best possible service. Sibel is also a member of Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA) and the Investment Migration Council (IMC). She is bi-lingual, fluent in English and Turkish.

Nicol is our senior solicitor and has extensive experience in all areas of immigration, from corporate matters, private matters and family applications, as well as administrative reviews, appeals and judicial reviews. She is bi-lingual and speaks English and Arabic.
Nicol qualified as a solicitor under the UK solicitors regulation authority (SRA) in May 2020, having completed her legal practitioners course, with a commendation at Westminster University. Prior to this, Nicol originally graduated from Bournemouth University with an English Language and Literature degree, then undertook a conversion degree to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law. Nicol is also a member of Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA).

Since joining Bridge Partners in January 2022, Maliha focuses on the administration of caring for our clients. She assists with preparing private and corporate immigration applications, legal research and ensures compliance with rules and regulations. She is multi-lingual, fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.
Maliha is a trained paralegal and has gained experience with three London law firms, including work as an immigration legal assistant, after finishing her degree. Maliha obtained her LLB Law Degree from Brunel University in 2017. She is also a member of Immigration Law Practitioners Association and regularly attends industry events to keep abreast of regulatory developments in immigration.
Business Development Manager
Kunal is a highly experienced professional with over 8 years of working exposure into various areas ranging from Global Migration, Sales and Business Development and Finance. More recently, Kunal worked for a leading citizenship firm advising HNW and UHNW clients from all around the world. Prior to this, Kunal worked in investment banking. He has outstanding people skills with a proven ability to influence, motivate and implement cultural change and drive process improvements whilst embodying customer service. He is passionate about establishing long term partnerships and also strives to deliver on diversity, equity and inclusion goals of our company.
Kunal holds a bachelor’s degree in business and Commerce and he is also currently enrolled on an MBA programme at University of East London.
Trainee Immigration Advisor
Lauren is a qualified Paralegal with a Level 3 Certificate of Higher Education and a CILEX Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice. Having spent just under four years at a city law firm working with various teams such as, Private and Corporate Immigration, Commercial Litigation, Employment, Pensions and Private Wealth. Having developed a range of expertise across multiple disciplines of law, Lauren can effectively adapt to complex needs of our clients.
Lauren is training to be a qualified Immigration Advisor and regularly assists with reviewing and preparing applications. She is supporting the wider team by keeping up to date with continuous changes to the Immigration Rules. Lauren is an active member of Immigration Law Practitioners Association and is often taking part in industry events in corporate immigration.
